It’s health coaching that takes in the whole. To feel like a BAMF means to be empowered and take full control of your own life and happiness. While doctors/family/friends force lifestyle changes on you, do you feel overwhelmed and helpless attempting to live up to the ‘instagram worthy’ image of those changes? Do these changes feel sustainable within your current lifestyle or are they easily dropped when the going gets tough?

Health Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health, happiness, and well-being.

As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.  It is my role to be your guide and accountability side kick towards bringing you into an extraordinary state of BAMF-ness. I am here to do your research, keep notes and check in with you about the areas that need a little more TLC.

I obsess over what makes YOU feel good: food, relationships, home, intimacy, physical well-being, emotions, mindfulness, work, finances, love, eduction, and play. We are quite literally ALL different, so what works for me doesn’t mean it’ll work for you. Bio-individuality at it’s core celebrates that fact that we are complex beings. I am here to figure out the root of our cravings, addictions, weight issues, allergies/sensitivities and any other symptoms of imbalance.
